It looks like 2010 will be an EXCITING YEAR for
Leeann and I.
- the super exciting LEAP OF FAITH PROJECT.
plus
- a luncheon event in Hunstville, AL ( Feb 6th ),
- a doll club visit in Fairhope, AL ( Feb 9th ),
( insert a week vacation with Jeffrey in
New Orleans, LA )
- a luncheon in Covington, LA ( Feb 20th )
( insert a week vacation for me at a
friend's house in Albuquerque, NM )
plus
... other surprises planned for the fall.
but first I need to get home. !!!

A LONG WAY FROM NEW MEXICO to OTTAWA-CANADA
Since it is a long, long way to drive I will need to stop and
sleep. Right ? So I decided to plan my trip home so that I
can stop, rest and maybe meet with some of you along the way.
I asked to hear from you and based on the e-mails I received I was
able to map my route as follows :

So now we need to flesh out our plans a bit more. FIRST - I will need people who are planning to attend a specific
stop to send an e-mail to let the contact person ( or me ) know. That way we can figure out if we
can meet at a restaurant, a doll club hall or if other special
arrangements need to be made.
SECOND - the official information about a specific stop would be
entered in the "Meeting Place", "Meeting Time" boxes
along with direction to get there, etc... and you will be contacted via
e-mail to let you know where / what time your specific meeting will take
place.
WHAT WILL THESE
"MEETINGS" LOOK LIKE ?
Think of it as friends meeting to chat and have fun. Nothing
"official", nothing complicated. Depending on the number
of people interested we will either meet at a restaurant, a someone's
house or if the group is too large at a doll club hall / hotel meeting
room.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THESE
"MEETINGS" ?
Lots of talking, photo taking, laughing, etc... I will also bring
along some never before seen prototypes, manufacture mistakes, never
produced items, etc... to show you. Depending on how much stock is
left from my previous events/stops I might have some Leeann items for
sale as reduced prices and... no shipping but I cannot promise
anything.
You could bring along some of your dolls to be signed, some of the
outfits you made, some of the props you use, etc... anything to make out
get together fun and exciting.
WILL THERE BE A REGISTRATION
COST ?
No. These stops are not official events. They are just for a
"bunch of dolly friends" to get together. Of course if we
are meeting in a restaurant everyone will be responsible for their meal,
if we are meeting at someone's house I would suggest we bring a
"little something" to the host/hostess as a gift.
